Order Processing

The best way to find out when your order will arrive is to add your purchases to your cart, enter your zip code, and click the ‘Quote Shipping’ button. We guarantee that your order will be shipped on or before the date used to calculate those scheduled delivery dates. This is often the same day you placed your order, if placed before noon Central Time, but the daily cut-off time varies with order volume. The only exceptions to our guarantee are for orders with the following:

  • Payment problems

Payment processing issues will postpone the shipment of your order until we contact you for a resolution (be sure to provide your best contact information, we won’t use it for marketing or share it with anyone). This includes any order with fraud concerns.

  • Address problems

We attempt to validate all shipping addresses with third party databases provided by the USPS and others to ensure on-time delivery. If we cannot validate your shipping address, we hold your order until we can do so. We want to ensure we are shipping to a correct address before the package leaves our facility. We will attempt to contact you immediately.

  • Inventory problems

We make great efforts to keep our inventory figures accurate on our website so that you never are able to purchase stock that we do not have. Unfortunately, we cannot prevent the occasional inaccuracy. We will attempt to contact you by phone and email if this happens with your order. If we are unable to reach you, your order will be placed on hold for up to one business day while we wait for a response and resolution. At the end of this period, if we have not heard from you we will remove the oversold item(s) from your order and ship the remaining items.

Our guarantee covers the filling and shipping of your order (the part we have control over), but not delays during transit. FedEx does not guarantee the transit times for any services. About 1-3% of shipments are delayed in transit by FedEx. Additionally, delays could be caused by weather, “Acts of God”, natural disasters.
